Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
We’re an online store that ships both locally (across Jamaica) and internationally. While we don’t have a physical storefront, we occasionally partner with local outlets to offer an in-person experience.
Currently, a limited selection of our belts can be found at Ignite Boutique in Vision Plaza, Central Avenue, Kingston. However, for the full CAW experience – including all available styles and colours – we always recommend shopping directly from our website.
Once you’ve added your fave belt to your cart and head to checkout, you’ll be able to choose the delivery option that works best for you.
Local (Jamaica)
1. Knutsford Express – Select the branch closest to you from the dropdown
2. Zipmail (via Post Office) – Type your preferred post office branch (e.g. Liguanea, Portmore, etc) in the post office field of the checkout form
3. Pick-up – Choose to collect your belt from the Jacaranda Homes Security Post in Spanish Town
International
1. International Post – Standard tracked shipping through the postal service.
Our standard processing time is 4 to 7 business days after we’ve received your order.
If you paid via bank transfer, please allow up to 3 extra business days for payment clearance. And for custom belts, an additional 5 business days may be needed to bring your vision to life.
